Are online and in-store prices the same?

Yes, the online store at and in-store prices are always identical.


Which payment methods are accepted at Town Moto

We accept the following payment methods online:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, paypal

We accept the following payment methods in store:
Visa, MasterCard, Cash, American Express, and City Moto Gift Card. All of our prices are in US Dollars. Out of country credit cards will be charged with the currency conversion being performed by your credit card issuer.

Currently, our systems won’t allow for you to redeem a City Moto Gift Card online, but we’re working on it! In the interim, please call us at 1--317-924-3715 or e-mail us with your inquiry and information

Sales Taxes

City Moto collects sales tax for products ordered on this website. The rate of sales tax is Indiana's 7%,

Inventory Availability

Does the online store carry the same items as your Indianapolis retail store?

Yes,  The online store is a identical set up to our physical shop, some items are one offs and small batches of custom made items, which can be purchased in store.  Sometimes an item will be sold and show as still available online.  Your order, if not in stock, will arrive at our Indianapolis store before being sent to you. 


I saw something online earlier that I can no longer find on the website. What happened?

Some items have a limited availability, seasonal, and/or small batch quantities.  We print many of our own t-shirts, some of which are common staples that are always available, others are just small batches and limited runs.  If you've seen something in the past that we don't currently have, please ask, and we'll let you know what we can do.  We can sometimes dig something up for you, make one, or find one that has been hidden away.

Can I purchase an item online that is no longer shown on your website?

Sometimes. For special requests or specific questions about our products or products you may have seen elsewhere, please call us at 1-317-924-3715 or send us an e-mail.


What are the shipping rates?

City Moto is pleased to offer free shipping for items being shipped to the United States or Canada with an initial purchase of $50 or more.  Orders not qualifying for free shipping are a $10 flat shipping rate.


When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to provide regular delivery of your order within 3 to 10 business days. That being said orders place on the weekends and/or holidays, or cross border shipping can effect this standard and lead to longer shipping times. Some special order items may also require a longer delivery time. If you have any questions regarding delivery of your item, or need express delivery please let us know by giving us a call at 1-317-924-3715 or sending us a message.


Do you ship outside of US?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada for orders placed online. If you would like something shipped internationally, give us a call at 1-317-924-3715 and we will be happy to provide you a shipping quote and finalize your order to anywhere.


I need my order faster. Do you offer express delivery?

We are looking to add express delivery to our system. In the meantime, if you need something fast, give us a call and we can let you know what the shipping will be.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

You may have your order shipped to any valid address of your choice. For U.S. orders, simply select “Shipping address different from billing address” in the first step of the purchase process and follow the instructions. For international delivery, please contact us at 1-317-924-3715.


Can I have items in the same order delivered to multiple addresses?

For the time being, items in the same order cannot be delivered to more than one address. Please place orders separately.

How can I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel an order, you must contact us before you receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, please call us at 1-317-924-3715 or send us an message describing the issue. We will try our best to accommodate any changes, however once the item has left our premises, non-refundable shipping charges may apply.


Can I track my package?

Once we have packaged and sent your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the shipping and tracking information link attach.  You can then use this link to see what the status or your order is.


If an item isn’t right for me, what do I do?

It is important to us that you love your purchase! If something you bought isn’t right for you, simply return it to us and we will exchange it for something that suits you better. Please note that we are only able to exchange new, un-worn items if tags are attached and all packaging is included.

A Credit Note or Exchange will be issued within 14 days of purchase. City Moto reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not fit for re-sale.

All Helmets, Special Orders, Intimates, Sale Items and Liquids are final sale and no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued for these items.

Can I return or exchange an item to the store that I purchased online?

Yes. You can bring any item purchased from us either on-line or in-store back to our shop


If I wish to make a return will I have to pay for shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please send your merchandise back by a traceable method as City Moto will not accept responsibility for any merchandise that gets lost in the mail. City Moto will not assume shipping charges for any items returned, unless the reason for return is due our error or merchandise is decidedly defective or damaged.


Will I receive a receipt or e-mail confirming my return?

After you request a return, you will receive a return request email telling you how to return the items that aren’t right for you. Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email together with a return receipt. Your credit will then be issued in our system where you can then choose something that suits you better.

Layaway Policy

Layaway payments must be made every 30 days. Failure to keep layaway accounts in good standing may result in forfeiture of merchandise and deposits.


Warranty issues are the responsibility of the Manufacturer. City Moto does not accept responsibility regarding the wear of products, however we do promise to act as a liaison between the customer and the manufacturer within the warranty period. City Moto reserves the right to refuse aiding in any warranty procedures do to the misuse of any item. We are glad to help if we can.


Website Accuracy

A note about changes to information on our website:

We are always working to update and restock supplies as necessary, as well as provide new content. Sometimes, since we are dealing in small batches on some items, we won't have the item in stock. If this is the case, once your order is placed, we will confirm product availibility and ship dates as soon as possible. If something becomes completely unavailable, we might have to cancel the order placed online, and we will contact you.

Sometimes, a price or description of a product will be incorrect or inaccurate. If this happens, we reserve the right to correct the item and cancel any order pertaining to such.  These corrections can be made even after the acceptance of an order.


Are my purchases on secure?

Yes, absolutely. The City Moto website is hosted on an SSL secure server, meaning that all the data you send us online is encrypted and fully protected. Even if you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card number for each purchase. As an additional security measure, no confidential data is ever stored on our server.


Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity, which may result in personal injury and/or death. While all motorcycle riders should wear appropriate protective equipment, no product can offer complete protection from injury, death or damage to individuals and property.
